Happy New Year!I have a BIG motivation prleobm. I know everything I need to do, but just can't seem to find the best time to do it. I keep thinking I will set the alarm 30 minutes earlier, but so far, all I've done is hit the snooze. Lunchtime doesn't seem to work out consistently and evening seems pushed. I have a friend and we are trying to get together twice a week but she is so morbidly overweight that I'm not getting challenged at all with our workouts and she can't do any more than she's doing. The workout is the hardest thing for me. The food thing is going pretty well and I have lots of support at home with that. I am <a href="http://mldiuleso.com">culrtnery</a> an 8 and am not terribly overweight but would love to be toned. I usually go to jazzercise 3-4 times a week, which is good for cardio and strength, and I've begun doing several of the strength exercises you've posted. I feel like without an instructor in front of me I don't work as hard at home. I love the eating more frequently, and am eating healthier because of it!! If you could work more wine into the eating plan that would be perfect!!
